United Nations Security Council must issue binding resolutions to stop war on Gaza: Hamas

Hamas representative Osama Hamdan called on the United Nations Security Council to issue firm and binding resolutions to end the war on Gaza. He demanded that Israel stop the war, withdraw its forces, open crossings for humanitarian aid, and end violations against Palestinian prisoners. This statement came as the UNSC held a session on the condition of Israeli captives and after Hamas released images of emaciated prisoners. Hamdan asserted that the captives are treated humanely and that Hamas is ready to work with the ICRC to bring in aid if Israel permanently opens humanitarian corridors for all of Gaza.
