UN force in Lebanon slams Israeli drone attack on peacekeepers

The UN Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) stated that Israeli drones dropped four grenades near its peacekeepers, describing it as one of the most serious attacks since a November ceasefire. The incident happened as UN personnel were clearing roadblocks to access a position in south Lebanon. One grenade impacted within 20 meters of the peacekeepers, while three others landed about 100 meters away. This attack follows a truce that ended over a year of hostilities between Israel and Hezbollah.
