UAE scrubbing Hind al-Owais from internet after Epstein emails uncovered

The United Arab Emirates is reportedly scrubbing mentions of official Hind al-Owais from the internet following the release of the "Epstein files." Al-Owais, the director of the UAE's Permanent Committee for Human Rights (PCHR), has had her name and activities deleted from the PCHR's official website and social media accounts. This includes posts from just weeks prior that identified her as the organization's director. Other government-affiliated websites, like the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy, have also removed pages that featured her, suggesting a coordinated effort to distance the state from her after her name appeared extensively in emails connected to the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.
