A new bipartisan bill, the Promoting Resilient Supply Chains Act, proposes a unified national strategy but is stalled in the House due to bureaucratic infighting. This legislative inaction ignores the significant national security risks, as adversaries increasingly view supply chain disruption as a tool of geopolitical competition.
