Students from Gaza to arrive in Ireland this week to attend university

A group of 52 students from Gaza will arrive in Ireland this week to begin scholarships at various educational institutions. According to Irish Foreign Minister Simon Harris, the first group of 26 Palestinians is scheduled to arrive on Thursday, with the rest arriving over the weekend. Harris welcomed the students and wished them success in their studies. This is part of a larger Irish initiative that has supported over 200 people in leaving Gaza since the conflict began.
