Spanish protestors disrupt cycling race over participation of Israeli team

Demonstrators disrupted the Vuelta a Espana cycling race in Bilbao, Spain, to protest the participation of an Israeli team. Pro-Palestine protesters held banners and flew Palestinian flags at the start of the race's 11th stage. The action was specifically against Team Israel-Premier Tech's involvement in the event. As a result of the disruption, race organizers announced they would not declare a winner for that stage.
