Ben & Jerry’s has launched a public campaign to separate from its parent company, Magnum, which is being spun off from Unilever. The founders are urging the board to allow them to reacquire the company with socially-aligned investors to preserve its mission, but Magnum's CEO has stated the brand is not for sale.
