Reform's Zia Yusuf would not condemn Israel killing MEE journalists in Gaza

Zia Yusuf, the head of policy for the UK's Reform party, refused to condemn Israel for the killing of two Middle East Eye journalists in Gaza. During a party conference, Yusuf would not say if too many innocent people had been killed, instead claiming Hamas makes sustainable peace difficult. While he stated a Reform government would seek to end the war, the party's leader, Nigel Farage, has consistently defended Israel. The party also opposes the current UK government's plan to recognise a Palestinian state.
