Reform to create agency like ICE and new detention centres for migrants

The UK political party, Reform UK, has announced plans to create a new deportation agency modeled after the US's ICE to handle the deportation of illegal migrants. The party's home affairs spokesperson, Zia Yusuf, stated the goal is to deport 600,000 people and build new detention facilities, framing the situation as a 'national security emergency.' The proposal also includes denying visa rights to countries like Pakistan, Syria, and Afghanistan if they refuse to accept their citizens back from Britain. Additionally, a Reform government would overhaul the Prevent counter-extremism program to specifically target 'Islamist extremism' and ban certain groups.
