Qatar and Egypt call for Israeli withdrawal from Gaza

Qatar and Egypt, the guarantors of the Gaza ceasefire, are calling for Israel to withdraw from Gaza and for an international stabilization force to be deployed. Speaking at the Doha Forum, Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani stated that the truce agreement is incomplete and that mediators are working to advance to the next phase. Egypt's Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty highlighted ongoing Israeli ceasefire violations as a reason to deploy the force as soon as possible. Turkey's Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan also confirmed that discussions about the stabilization force's composition and leadership are underway.
