Punish Russia for Helping Iran Target the U.S. Military

Russia is reportedly providing real-time targeting data to help Iran strike American and Israeli assets, directly linking the war in Ukraine with conflict in the Middle East. To counter this, the United States should adopt a more coercive policy against Moscow. This includes removing all restrictions on Ukraine's use of American-supplied weapons for strikes inside Russia and easing technology transfer barriers to allow Ukraine to mass-produce its own precision strike systems. By making Russia pay a higher price for its aggression, Washington can deter its support for Iran and create conditions for a more favorable settlement in Ukraine.
