Palestinian woman from Gaza dies of malnutrition after being evacuated to Italy

A 20-year-old Palestinian woman from Gaza has died in an Italian hospital after being evacuated for treatment. The woman, identified as Marah Abu Zuhri, was suffering from severe malnutrition and wasting, a condition marked by extreme weight and muscle loss. She was flown to Pisa on an Italian government humanitarian flight, which is part of a larger effort that has brought 31 patients from the conflict zone to Italy.
