Three Palestine Action-affiliated prisoners have ended a 73-day hunger strike after the UK government reportedly cancelled a contract with Israeli arms company Elbit Systems. Two of the strikers have been hospitalized to begin the "refeeding" process, a medically sensitive period to restore nutrients. Doctors and families have raised concerns about the clinical management of the prisoners' recovery. They allege that other strikers who ended their protests earlier were discharged from the hospital prematurely, despite developing unusual symptoms.
