Israeli navy intercepts at least three boats in Sumud Flotilla headed to Gaza

The Israeli navy intercepted and boarded at least three vessels from the international Global Sumud Flotilla as it headed for Gaza. The interception occurred in international waters, approximately 70 nautical miles off the coast of the besieged enclave. Activists on the flotilla described the boarding as an illegal attack, stating that communications were intentionally damaged beforehand.
