Israeli forces kills dozens across Gaza, civil defence agency says

Israeli forces have killed dozens of people across Gaza, according to the Palestinian territory's civil defence agency. A major Israeli air and ground offensive on Gaza City, which began on September 19, has displaced hundreds of thousands of Palestinians. The Israeli military estimates that roughly 550,000 people have fled the city southward, while Gaza's civil defense agency puts the number at around 450,000. The United Nations had previously declared a famine in the area, which it estimated was home to around one million people.
