Israeli forces kill 31 across Gaza since dawn

Israeli forces have killed at least 31 Palestinians in attacks across the Gaza Strip since dawn, according to medical sources. The majority of the casualties, 22 people, were in Gaza City where the Israeli army is reportedly targeting residential buildings and schools. Six asylum seekers were also shot dead by the military at aid distribution sites, and an additional seven Palestinians have died from starvation in the last 24 hours.
