Israeli correspondent Zvi Yehezkeli backs killing of Palestinian journalists

Israeli journalist Zvi Yehezkeli praised Israel's killing of Palestinian journalists in a recent broadcast, referring to them as members of an elite Hamas military unit. Speaking on i24 News, Yehezkeli claimed the journalists damaged Israel's reputation and that it was "better late than never" for the state to eliminate them. His comments followed a reported Israeli "double-tap" strike on Nasser Hospital that killed at least five journalists, including two from Middle East Eye. The attack was one of many that have contributed to a total of at least 245 Palestinian journalists killed during the conflict.
