Israeli army chief threatens to kill Hamas leaders abroad

Israeli Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir has signaled plans to target Hamas members based outside of Gaza. This threat follows the Israeli army's announcement that it had killed Abu Obeida, the military spokesperson for the Palestinian movement. Zamir stated that since most of the Hamas government is based abroad, Israel will reach them as well. He also referenced a series of recent Israeli attacks in Yemen, Lebanon, and Syria as part of the initiative to ensure the security of Israeli citizens.
