Israel bans MSF from Gaza after charity refuses to hand over staff list

Israel has banned the international medical charity Doctors Without Borders (MSF) from operating in Gaza and the occupied West Bank. The decision came after the organization refused to provide a list of its Palestinian and international staff to Israeli authorities. MSF stated it could not secure basic assurances regarding the use and protection of the sensitive information, while Israel's foreign ministry accused the charity of having "something to hide." The Israeli government also alleged that two MSF employees had links to Palestinian armed groups, an accusation the charity denies.
