Iran’s foreign minister calls Munich Security Conference a ‘circus’ amid nuclear tensions

Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi sharply criticized the Munich Security Conference, labeling it a 'circus' and accusing European powers of losing influence in negotiations over Tehran’s nuclear program. He stated that the European Union and Germany have become absent from the diplomatic scene, with regional partners proving more effective. Araghchi also claimed Germany has handed over its regional policies to Israel. In contrast, exiled opposition figure Reza Pahlavi suggested at the conference that US military intervention could accelerate political change within Iran.
