Hamas says open to requests from Red Cross to deliver aid to captives

The Qassam Brigades, Hamas’s armed wing, has stated it is open to Red Cross requests to deliver food and medicine to captives. This offer is contingent upon the permanent opening of humanitarian corridors for all people throughout the Gaza Strip. The group also demands that all Israeli air traffic be stopped during the times when aid packages are received. A spokesman added that captives are not being deliberately starved but eat what the fighters and the general population eat, and will not receive special privileges.
