Former US soldiers turned Palestine advocates make a run for Congress

Two former US soldiers, Greg Stoker and Anthony Aguilar, have launched campaigns for the US Congress after becoming prominent critics of Israel's actions in Gaza. Stoker, a former Army Ranger, is running for a House seat in Texas, while Aguilar, a retired Green Beret and whistleblower, is running in North Carolina. Both men are running as Green Party candidates in districts considered to be comfortably Republican.
