Israeli forces have killed at least 53 people in Gaza and destroyed a residential tower shortly after issuing new expulsion orders for Gaza City. Gaza's Ministry of Health reported additional deaths from malnutrition, bringing the famine toll to 422, as Doctors Without Borders warned the expulsions would be a "death sentence" for a million Palestinians. On the diplomatic front, Qatar's Prime Minister affirmed that mediation efforts would continue despite Israeli actions. Meanwhile, the US Secretary of State arrived in Israel for meetings with the Prime Minister, and Israel's President cautioned against forsaking relationships with Arab states.
