Dozens of Israeli soldiers identified in ICC complaint on killing of Hind Rajab

The Hind Rajab Foundation has identified dozens of Israeli soldiers, including three top commanders, and referred them to the International Criminal Court for their alleged role in the killing of five-year-old Hind Rajab in Gaza. A 120-page filing presents evidence that Israeli tanks repeatedly fired on the car carrying the girl and her family, as well as the ambulance sent to rescue them. The foundation argues these actions constitute war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide under the Rome Statute. The organization is using evidence, including soldiers' own social media posts, to pursue legal action in various jurisdictions.
