Delaware attorney general asked to investigate Gaza Humanitarian Foundation

The Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR) has called on the Delaware attorney general to investigate the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) and revoke its charter. The CCR alleges the US- and Israel-backed foundation is complicit in war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide. Israel has reportedly sidelined the UN's aid system in favor of GHF, an opaque entity registered as a charity in Delaware. Since GHF began operating, the letter claims over 1,800 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli soldiers and American contractors at its aid distribution sites. The Delaware attorney general has not yet responded to the demands.
