Callamard says UNGA member states have done 'fuck all' to stop Gaza genocide

Amnesty International’s secretary general, Agnes Callamard, criticized United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) member states for their inaction regarding the conflict in Gaza. While the UNGA convened, she and other civil society leaders urged the international community to confront Israel's continued violations. Callamard presented a new report by Amnesty that names corporations, including Lockheed Martin and Boeing, as complicit in aiding Israel's actions in Gaza and the occupation of Palestine. She stated the objective is to disrupt the "global political economy of oppression" that sustains these alleged crimes.
