Arab-Muslim summit 'disappointing' in response to Israel, Houthis say

Yemen's Houthi government has described the joint communiqué from the emergency Arab-Islamic summit in Doha as "disappointing." The Houthi foreign ministry stated the summit's outcome fell short of the hopes of Arab and Muslim peoples. It also asserted that the response failed to match the existential threat posed by Israel to the region. Houthi representatives were not invited to the summit despite controlling most of Yemen for the past decade.
